Quotes and surveys for the Northamptonshire area are free of charge. Outside areas are still covered however a travel fee may be required, please contact us to discuss this.
After the first door order, each subsequent door order will be discounted by 5%.
A purchase order or written approval is required before any doors are ordered.
Removal and disposal of existing doors to allow installation of new equipment is free of charge.

Disposal of any parts removed/ replaced is free of charge.
We can provide different ranges of replacement parts such as motors and control panels. These parts differ in quality and price so we can tailor our quotes to meet your requirements.

The fee to call us out after normal working hours is £70.00 in the Northamptonshire area. This price covers the response and travelling to and from your premises for 1 engineer. Standard out-of-hours rates are then applied for each hour spent on site.
If the job requires 2 engineers to resolve the issue, an additional engineer call-out fee is charged at £30.00. Standard out-of-hours rates are then applied for each hour spent on site.
Before we dispatch any engineers, a verbal agreement must be made with the customer to approve the call-out fees. We will require a site contact name and telephone number and site address.

Service pricing is fixed for roller shutters and sectional doors however the price for rapid-action doors depends on the type of door. For example, on a Union Industries bull door, to service the door correctly in line with the manufactures service, many wear items require replacement vs a Hormann 6030 where very few wear items require replacement. Please contact us to find out more or if you are not sure then we can come to you to quote per door.
If you require a site visit to capture any of your assets that we cover and generate a price for a service contract then this is a service we provide free of charge in the Northamptonshire area. We will require a host, or a site map to show us all the equipment which requires servicing. This service can be provided outside the Northamptonshire area for a fee, please get in contact to discuss this further.

This service is charged hourly and can be completed ad hoc or as part of quoted works.
