The process

First a survey is carried out by us to gather all the required information about the new door. A quote is then provided for the best possible option.

On approval of the quotation the door will be ordered and a second measure will then be carried out to ensure the manufactures drawings are accurate to the opening. Once this has all been verified the door will be ordered from our suppliers and an ETA will be given. There is no standard size for industrial doors so all new doors are manufactured from scratch, the lead time on new doors usually ranges from 3 to 6 weeks.

Removal of the old door is usually required on the first day of install to not leave your premises unsecured. We start this process as early as possible in the morning to give plenty of time for the new door to secure the opening later that day. We then dispose of the old door free of charge unless instructed otherwise.

Installation of the new door commences as soon as the old equipment is removed. The door is left secured before we leave site if the installation extends longer than one day. When the installation is complete, we will commission the door and leave in full working order. The site contact will then be given all operation instructions and manuals and the work is completed.
